Best Double Purpose Breed?

Speckled Sussex is a good all-around breed, and it is not very common. They can also go broody, so the hens can hatch out chicks for you.

I think they will work out well. It would be really cool if they hatch the chicks, I am incubator challenged. Thank you for the advice!
