My (Best Ever Quail Feeder) is made out of high grade PVC. The one listed is 23.5 inches long and 3 inches in Diameter. I also build 14 inch feeders with the 3 inch diameter also button Quail feeders and a feeder for chicks. These can be ordered by e-mailing me. If you are tired of your birds wasting your feed these feeders will work for you. These feeders can be used for feeding Quail, Pheasant's, Chukar and chickens. They really are the best! I bought one and it really cuts down on (rather, eliminates) the feed waste from those darn messy eaters! And it allows for like 30 quail to eat simultaneously...
