To start with, I do not have access to Purina feeds. I buy from a local farm store who only sells their own brand of feeds.

We have 5 laying hens, 4 chicks that are 9 weeks old, & 2 Pekin ducks that are 7 weeks old. We just ran out of the 16% layer that the grown hens ate. The chicks & ducks have been on a 20% turkey grower, which the store recommended. What should I look for that will be sufficient for the whole flock? I am going to have to pick up some brewer’s yeast to add for the ducks, as they do not have a specific duck ration.

Thanks in advance!

Then have oyster shell in a separate container for the layers. The feed mill should be able to tell you what each feed is good for, so do check with them.
Your farm store might have great products, or not. It also wouldn't hurt to check with your state poultry experts at the university, or directly with the feed manufacturer.
What do other folks on the Kansas thread think about it?
Mary
