I absolutely love my farmers innovators 4200. It has the egg turner and fan. You still need to add water about every 3 days(i do a dry hatch too). I keep my humidity around 30% until day 18 and then about 50-60%.
I have had great success with it and it cost me $117 on amazon. Eggs that are not shipped i have about a 90-95% hatch rate.
