Has anyone found anything better than this video on how to process a meat bird?:
I really like this video, just wish the camera angles were a little better. Wish I could see what the audience see's on the screen with his voice over the top.
I'm about to do our fourth batch of meat birds, two last year, two this year and always like a little reminder before I pick up the knife.
I'm OK with the killing cone part and the blanching the feathers, I could use more work on actually dressing the bird out after plucking.
