Hello everyone!
I'm wondering and looking for
recommendations, advice, whys, why not, etc!
I've come to the conclusion that raising chickens is something I'm loving but the best part is my children's love and family's huge involvement including the hubby!
I'd love to hear about everyone's incubators? Raising chicks, chick care and how: inside, outside? Heat lamps, brinsea heat plate, heating pad? What you use for waterer?

Thank you everyone!

If you are hatching small numbers of chickens like maybe 21 a year or less the Brinsea Mini Advance is an excellent incubator. hatches 7 chivken eggs at a time... which is about the number that nice large brooder will hold .will hatch ten quail eggs at a tiime. It's a set-it-and-forget-it incubator. automatic humidity indicator, automatic turning .clear Dome so the kids can see the chicks hatch. I've had them for years and just love them.
also it returns it's humidity to normal very quickly .so if the chicks are hatching and you need to remove some egg shells ,you can take the lid off very quickly (without turning the dome upside down) to remove the shells and replace the lid . the Dome will come back to humidity very quickly so it doesn't interrupt the hatching of the chicks. great little incubators.
Best,
Karen
