We were sitting in the run about 6:30 tonight, and it was getting dark because a storm was coming, and our almost four week old chickens started jumping on her and snuggling in to sleep. She asked me to put the last three on her, the two silkies and the australorp. The white silkie stopped peeping, meaning she was no longer cold, and everybody settled in and got cozy. My daughter was so happy. I think this is the main reason I got chickens.
