best time of year to incubate eggs

I am wanting to hatch a few eggs from my hens. What time of year is the best, other than feb/march. Is it too late in the year already.
Also, How long should I wait to incubate an egg from a new layer?

Eggs can be incubated Any time of year. As long as the eggs are fertilized you don't have to wait.
