I have two 7 week BO pullets. I would like to add two more to my flock and can get chicks. I haven't found BO pullets in the area for sale.
If I do decide to add, the chicks will be about 4 weeks younger and I wouldn't add them until they are about 6/7 weeks old. Should I add now or wait until my current girls are older add introduce pullets?

If you can add 4 week old birds to 7 week old birds, I would do it now. However, when adding new birds to a flock, you should keep the new ones quarantined for a week or two to make sure you are not introducing disease and wiping out your entire flock.

That certainly makes it a little safer. I always try to quarantine but if they are coming from the exact same place with the same exact exposure to everything there, you might be ok. Pick them up if you can so that you can see their stock is healthy. Good luck!
