Best treat for chickens Mill Worms, Crickets, or Beetles?

I have been seeing a lot of talk about the best insect snack for chickens. I was just wondering what is the most nutritious and easiest to grow and best to save money? Also, if you have any insect growing setups please post pictures...Thanks!!!

Personally, I would say either mill worms or crickets. I can not picture beetles being worth it or very nutritious since they are mostly shell and armor and have little meat on them.

I don't think you could get much cheaper or easier than mealworms. Here is my set up. I am in Florida so grow them outside year round.

My vote is for mealworms. I ordered 1000 through the mail. I now have tens of thousands just a few months later just using one of those 3 tier plastic drawers.

I have not fed any yet. I want to have them through one more cycle, so that I can have a constant supply of them.
