Best treatment options for lice infestation

I’ve been fighting a poultry lice infestation for over 2 months now with permethrin 10 concentrate, I’m following mixing instructions on the bottle and re-spraying the coop and chickens every week. I have had barely any progress in cutting the numbers down. Literally the next day after soaking the coop and chickens I see them on the nesting boxes again. I’ve completely removed the bedding out of the boxes and haven’t put it back because of the lice. Also my coop/pen is bird proofed with bird netting and they have a dust bathing area in their pens. My birds are losing their neck, back and wing feathers.
At this point I need something that is going to definitely work. What would be my best options?

Are they lice or mites? Try decreasing the dilution to 0.5%.

I’m definitely dealing with lice not mites.
I’ve been using 1:19 ratio for the boxes and coop area. 1:200 ratio on the birds

That's a louse. How old is your permethrin and has it been stored properly in a cool, dark place? If so, try the 1:19 on the birds.

The permethrin is new and I keep it inside the house. I have tried the higher concentration on them and it made their skin super red and irritated so I’m not sure if I want to try it again. The instructions on the bottle say 1:200 ratio for poultry

I use the 1:19 on mine, just less of it. You could try ivermectin, which treats them too, but it has a lengthy egg withdrawal since it's not approved for use in poultry.

Okay, will this work? Do you happen to know the dosage and egg withdrawal period?

If you can afford it get elector PSP one time use do the chickens and the coop and done.
