Best wormer for my chickens???

I found what looks like tapeworm segments in one of my chickens droppings today. I scoop my yard multiple times throughout the day and have never seen anything like this until today.
My question is what medication is best to treat any worms my girls might have??

For tapeworms, you only need to treat the bird(s) that excreted the tapeworm segments.
You can purchase Equimax equine paste at a feed store.
Dosage is 0.03ml per pound or 0.15ml given orally for a 5 pound bird.

Im not sure which hen did it to be honest. Im guessing they are tapes because all I saw were little white wiggly things in a fresh stool but they look very familiar to tapeworms segments Ive seen in dogs and cats but much much smaller...like heads of a pin almost.
Now another question. We got an 8 week old goldendoodle last Monday. She's been wormed by the breeder twice. She's loving the chicken poo although Im scooping the yard multiple times a day.
I need to worm her again no ?Because her eating the stool she's ingesting worm eggs...

I would worm her. Especially if she's a house dog. I don't think I would want tapeworms in my house!
