I realized that I never did this introduction, so why not do it now? (Even though I joined 2 months ago! 
)
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I got my chickens in January, but I have been showing one of my friend's for years.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I currently have 3, including one chick, but I am hoping to hatch some more and we are getting 10 chicks in April.
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have sebrights for showing, and we are pretty sure the chick we have is a serama. We are getting a few different breeds for eggs, such as Orpingtons , barred rocks and a few others.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I just love chickens. I like showing them too (although training can be a bit difficult at times
).
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I really like drawing, painting, baking and reading.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
We have many other pets, including cats, a dog, rabbits and birds.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found it through googling something, and I just recently found it when I got chickens. I thought I should join because I had just got chickens and this seemed like a great place to find information!
