The first chick looks like a cockerel, chick #2 is a pullet, and chick #3 also looks like a pullet, though I'm not as sure on it as I am on number 2. #1 appears to be a Delaware, #2 is a hatchery Rhode Island Red ("production red"), and #3 is a Speckled Sussex.
