Looking for ideas on yearly rotation of two coop/garden areas with one hen house. Garden one coop/garden while chickens prep other coop/garden area. Switching every year back and forth. Existing plans sought.

If by 'garden' you mean grass, this sort of rotation between paddocks either side of a fixed hen house was common in poultry keeping and various plans are described and illustrated in poultry manuals published before WWII, many of which can be found online at digital repositories such as this one

Alternatively you could get a small mobile coop or two, and use easily moveable electric fencing to move the flock onto fresh ground as frequently as you want, which would benefit the birds, and the ground, and whatever grows in it. This is called mob grazing when applied to cows, for example.

I am using electric netting (just put it up again yesterday). It is very adaptable. You just put them in the hen house when you want to switch the configuration of the fencing. You can either maintain one doorway into the coop, in which case you will want to put down some sort of cover such as wood chips, or have two doors, one that opens to garden A, the other opens to garden B.

I would be interested in photos when you do this.
