Hi,
I lost my lavender roo to a coyote, and currently only have Bielefelder Roos. I hatched a few crossed with lavender Orpington hens a couple times, as a control in my incubator with shipped eggs. They come out black, with yellow chin and belly and some have yellow spot on head. Does anybody know if these could be sex link?

Congratulations on the hatch! Are you asking if they could be sex links because of the bielfelder in them, or because of the crossbreeding?

Not sure, probably because Bielefelder is autosexing and males have yellow dot on head. Maybe just coincidence. I tried feather sexing, inconclusive.
