Big Bird...

I was surfing the web tonight, and came across a pic of a chicken that a guy has that kinda looks like Big Bird! It was his goal! To create a big bird look alike! What breeds would you put into to get something like that? I do know it was frizzled, Had longer clean legs too. Kinda neat actually. I never would have ever thought about doing something like that! (or would have the free time to dream it up!)

I was googling frizzles, and hit images, I think Illia has one of the pics posted above, but the one with the big bird ref. was yellow.

I recently put my first flock together. I have all the ingredients to create a verisimilitude: Bearded Polish Rooster, Double Crested Bearded Silkie Rooster, 2 Ameraucana hens (one with tufts, one with muffs), 2 Sizzle Double Crested Hens (one smooth, one frizzled), and Long Legged Japanese Bantam.

All birds came from good stock, so wish me luck guys! Here comes BIG BIRD!
