I have a 3 yo black austrolorp hen, she has a it seems unusually large breast/ crop. It swings when she walks, it been this way for months. She seems OK, no signs of distress, eats and drinks normally, alert, active. Can this be normal, are there any concerns?

It sounds like she has what's called Pendulous Crop - do you have any photos?

Some birds eat a lot and their crops ride low. As long as it's empty in the morning before she eats/drinks and she doesn't have sour/stinky breath that would indicate sour crop, I would not worry too much, but just monitor her occasionally.
If she's got stinky breath or the crop is not emptying, then treating her would be good, you don't want a sour crop to get worse.
