Big, fat backside, walks like John Wayne

I adopted 4 ex-battery hens in April. One of them has a really big, fat backside and has started walking like John Wayne!

Her whole rear area seems to be very round, much larger than the other hens. She seems well apart from the way she is walking but has not laid since I got her. Any ideas please?

Sounds like she might be eggbound. Do a search on here and you will find several options.
