Big Hen Won't Leave Wyandotte Baby Alone!!!

I have two scots grey hens and they are pretty old, and two 12 month old silkies one hen and one rooster and a BLRS Wyandotte hen and she is the only one that it getting picked on my the oldest hen called Harriot. Any suggestions and methods of how to help their relationship get better would be greatly appreciated! ThatChickenDude

If you can identify one that is being the aggressor, remove that one for a week, out of hearing and sight of the flock. When you then return her to the flock, she will be like a stranger, and should be at or near the bottom of the pecking order.
