Big hole under wing of my female turkey

Right now I have some blue kote on her and some other meds. I also have her taking penicillin and tylenol. Does anyone know what this could be from?Her muscle is kinda just laying there now. Has anyone ever seen this before? I have 22 chicken and 1 male Tom she os with. I have separated her from the flock. She's been living in my home for 2 days. She's eating fine,drinking and alert. The wound is just so deep and concerning me. I was wondering if an animal got a hold of her. We have killed 2 coyotes,1 fox and 2 possums in the last 2 weeks. Any help is much appreciated.

Do not give tylenol to poultry since it is toxic. You can give aspirin or ibuprofen. BuKote is for minor scrapes, and it has alcohol which burns. I would use Vetericyn or chlorhexidene instead twice a day to clean the wound. Then apply some plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice a day. It is hard to tell if that is a tumor or a wound really. It is in a location where a spur could have pieced the skin or a predator could have wounded her.

This is what I'm giving her recommended from a vet. Its def a hole. It just looks weird bc of everything on her. Before I put it on you could see straight to her muscle.
