I bought a 80 acre ranch in October. I was fed up with the city, the drama and traffic. So.....I bought, sold and moved. I love the lifestyle. I am new to the chicken world, but not the ranch world, as I grew up on a cattle ranch. Cattle, no chickens. Anyway, I am having a great time with the chickens, and my guest bath has turned into a chicken hatchery, the shower works great for the new chicks.
I love the quiet life. Enjoy knitting, when I have time to knit, reading, and am a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Legion Riders, (motorcycles not horses). Huge supporter of our Veterans. Love to ride my bike, nothing better than a little wind therapy, after tending to chicks, and geese.
