Big Lou lives in Goshen Ohio off Rt. 132 towards Pleasant Plains. He is big and healthy and 51/2 months old. We have discovered one of our younger flock also has a rooster(Elmer) and we can only have one. If interested or know of someone who is let us know. He's free for the taking.

Thank you! We were sold 6 birds labeled Maran! Three white and three black. Yesterday one of them presented us with a dark chocolate egg. Perhaps the black hens are Marans. Goodness I need to do more chicken research. Lol Yesterday we were presented with this egg so I was sure they were Maran. Perhaps the black ones are or do Brahma lay dark brown eggs?
