I am terrified of spiders today I was Goin out to clean the chicken coop and noticed a huge funnel looking Web all across one end of the chicken coop and in the corner a funnel where this huge spider was sitting ...I backed out and destroyed the Web and now I can't find this huge thing after it dropped and started running toward the door where I was at ....I have a couple of other spiders in there but they are hidden from me like in the corners of boards ....I am not going back in there until I find some type of spider spray to kill this monster does anyone recommend something

Im surprised the chicks haven't taken care of the spiders, we had a bunch of daddy long legs and anytime they fell the chickens were all over them.

You knocked the web down? You've got more, um, well, you're braver than I am. I don't know if there is anything you can safely spray in there.....and if the spray did kill the spider chances are your chickens would find his little body before you did and that could spell trouble - if the fumes and residual spray in the litter or on the surfaces of your coop didn't get the chickens the dead bugs in there might. .

Best thing to do when cleaning the coop and you find a few spiders is get yourself a long-handled feather duster....wipe all the walls and ceiling down...that'll do it!!
