birchenXsplash or blue....?

this has been confusing me...

I have a formerly sq bantam birchen cochin hen i got from a show a few years ago and she's still laying dependably.

in the spring I plan to have BBS and BBS mottled bantam Cochins

and I was wondering If I have a splash roo over the birchen hen do i get blue birchen?

Yes you will get Blue Birchens if the Splash male is not Extended Black,if he is you will get Blue with possibly a little colour in the neck hackles
