Is there anyplace in Rhode Island that sells bird biotic? I want to buy it from a physical store rather than online.

Welcome to BYC. I can't answer the question about Rhode Island, but you can get it online at several sites, including Amazon. It is doxicycline, which you can get through a vet. You may also check with pet stores that sell bird medicines as well.
