Bird Egg Syndrome - Egg Allergy!

Tamago kake gohan?

Sometime soy sauce seems to bother me. Can't figure out if it's the MSG, the gluten or the soy.

I was like, what is this person talking about! Ha, I didn't know it was called that, and it looked like those eggs were raw. No raw eggs here

It is hard to figure out which is doing what. I do wish I could eat more soy sauce though, it's pretty delicious on rice.

Ah, when I saw egg, rice and soy sauce I thought maybe you were eating tamago kake gohan. I used to eat that a lot when I was growing up. It's delicious but most people can't get past the raw egg part.

Glad you don't have the egg allergy. That would really be a bummer.

I wish they would require it to be labeled directly instead of hiding it under other things. Just about everything has "natural flavors" in it - but does it have MSG? Don't get me started on processed food, our government regulations, etc. etc.

bird-egg syndrome is REAL and SUCKS! skin allergies, respiratory problems, horribly incapacitating stomach cramps, INCLUDING diarrhea.... Internet research is the ONLY thing that helped me diagnose this... all the doctors thought I was crazy. Not "everything" on the internet is screwy--- talking to one another can reveal things doctors still dont ,or don't care to know.
My regular daily breakfast consisted of 3-4 chicken eggs/day. Got ducks to start producing our own eggs. About a week after they started laying I developed severe burning cramping stomach pain, diarrhea and nausea each time I would eat eggs. I was checked for stomach ulcer and gallbladder—nothing. Through internet research I am sure I developed bird-egg syndrome. It’s very rare. I get the same symptoms after eating chicken eggs too. The only explanation is after digging around in the duck house for eggs with their dander and excrements I’ve developed an egg allergy. I am a trauma certified registered nurse, I double majored in biology with chemistry minor and nursing. When telling my doctor about this she looked at me with raised eyebrows like I was crazy.
