Bird processor in Detroit area?

I am thinking about getting some meat birds but really don't want to process them myself. Anyone know of a processor in the Detroit, MI area? I am also thinking about quail and hope to find someone to do both. Thanks, Kim

I would like to know the answer to this as well. I'm in central Oakland Co. and so far haven't been able to find anyone who does this.

I think there are a handful of processors down there, but not certain.

I know I'm having a class tomorrow here in Shiawassee Co on home processing

There's a processor in Howell or Fowlerville. Don't have the name but can be goggled.

I live in Davison and researched this for a long time before I bought my first chicks. I've not found any nearby, but have found one in Corunna, (Shiawasee County) and one in Imlay City, (Lapeer County).
