So I'm pretty sure my birds have ib and I am treating them with antibiotics in their water. Is there anything else I can do. This may sound funny but the whole flock is being treated since I caught it late can we still use the eggs? I am a newbie so I am still learning.

It depends on what drug you are using. It should tell you on the package label. Many drugs say "not for egg producing chickens," but many use them anyway. It will usually tell you how many days to wait to slaughter the bird, so I would add a few days to that.

Are you sure you're dealing with IB? Telltale signs of IB are wrinkled eggs and watery whites. There isnt any treatment for IB. Usually chickens that are infected with IB eventually lay normal eggs but at a slower rate. Stress can cause them to relapse.
In any case, depending on what antibiotic you're using dictates whether or not there's a withdrawal period (for any respiratory disease or other maladies.)
