Bit of Chlorine in water ok?

Getting warm in AZ. Starting to get a bit of algae. i have a 2 gal water and three girls. Can I drop like a 1/4 tsp of pool chlorine in the water?

No, just scrub and rinse out your waterer every day.
Also, if you can place it in a shady spot, it will slow the Algie growth down.
Personally I'd rather my chickens drink algae water than bleach
Mine drink out of the mud puddles every time it rains here INSTEAD of the fresh water i put out for them..go figure!!
