Everything has gone so smooth. I am hovering over my bator . My husband laughs at me

I can't wait for these babies. These are the ones I got from the Wade Jeane and Ron Presley stock. I tried to candle but no way to see thru to dark.

Hope you have a 100% hatch.

I have 8 from the same lines in my bator too, but they're due to hatch on 5-14. I think they're really cool being so dark, but it's very hard to candle them!

Here's hoping we both have chicks soon.

Yup going to need snacks for sure.

They almost always hatch when I am asleep and that's no fun. My kids love watching from the windows of the bator. Best thing I ever did was buy one with two windows.

Oh I can't wait . Question I was told to drop humity to 45% and help them out of their shell. I have never hatched marans, but is it common to have to assist them ? I do not have my humity that low because that just seems very low.
