Black and white pheasant chick

We hatched out some ring neck pheasants..still have 80 more to hatch..one of the little ones didn't come out striped like the others..it is dark with white tips on wings and a white ring on neck and below eyes..it is just getting feathers around 3-4 days old any idea what happened to the color of this one
