Black Australorp Hen Lethargic/Lying around....

I have a two year old Black Australorp Hen who has been in rough shape the last couple days-just huddled on the ground and won't walk even if I go pick her up and set her back down. I'm really worried and have no clue what's wrong.Help?!

check her all over to see if she has an injury. Is she breathing normally? Snotty or off colors or smells?

What does her poop look like? Does she appear sleepy? Are her feathers ruffled?
