Black Australorps 16 weeks

Hi,

I need help determining weather our australorps are hens or roosters. They are 16 weeks exactly. Can you help give thoughts? I have no clue what saddle feathers look like either!

All are pullets.

Totally inexperienced, but those look like pullets to me. At 16 weeks the comb and wattles of a cockerel should be well developed.

All girls. At 16 weeks you will have heard an attempted crow, have larger and redder combs and waddles as well as have developed saddle feathers.

Saddle feathers are at the very end of the back at the base of the tail. Saddle feathers, like the hackle feathers (on the neck) are more slender, pointed, and long as the cockerel reaches sexual maturity.
