Black bugs on white silkies

They were just on the surface of their feathers. I saw none on any other birds. But the white made them easy to spot. They look like fleas but slightly rounder... I’m wondering if they just landed on them. Again. They didn’t seem to be under the feathers (on their skin) just sitting on top... they’re really tiny so you may have to zoom in... thanks so much!!

Looks like some type of Beetle to me, possibly grain beetle(?)

I think so too. It definitely doesn’t look like lice, fleas, or mites right? I noticed this while they were free ranging outside their run... at first I thought it was just dirt... I didn’t see any this am.
