Black Copper Maran breeder near West Texas.

I am located in the Abilene area and am wanting to breed Black Copper Marans for dark dark eggs(the darker the better). I could hatch eggs but would prefer to start with chicks and would like to see some eggs shells from your flock first so I can see the shade of brown that they are producing. I don't trust the postal system to handle them for very long or from very far so want it to be as close as possible or perhaps even close enough for me to pick up in person.

If you do not have any luck finding chicks close, I ship Black Copper Maran chicks and I have pictures of our eggs on my website. However, right now I won't have any chicks available to ship until May due to the orders I have to fill. Just something for you to consider. I wish you the best in your search.
