Black Copper Maran Chicks

I got 4 Black Copper Maran chicks today and 3 out of the 4 have feathered legs. Is this normal?

Feathered footed for a black copper Maran is normal.

One of the ones with feathers on it's legs beside the one chick out of the four I bought that has no feathers on it's legs.

Oops I think the second pic is the same feather footer as the first...here is the other chick

Feathering on the feet is normal, i'm not sure why one doesn't have feathers. May or may not grow later on. Good Luck, sure cute!
