Black Copper Maran just hatch but will not get off it's back?? Any ad

Ok, they all hatched. the last 2 about 24 hours ago. I can not put either in the brooder becasue the other's will kill them. They will not get off thier back. They are semi fluffy but I have not had this happen before. I have given them suger water but not helping yet. I hatch 13 out of 18 with 3 not fertile so 13 out of 15 not bad. I do not want to lose them. ???
 
They cannot live long on their backs; I would suggest flipped them upright and putting something soft, like a washcloth, around them for support. This should help. Good luck!
