Black Copper Maran Roo needs rehoming - located near Washington DC

Hi all,
My 10 week old chicken, Nugget, was supposed to be a hen. Turns out he didn't get the memo.
Unfortunately, I can't keep roosters where I live so I'm hoping to find him a new home. He's a nice boy, and has done a good job protecting his fellow new pullets from the older bully hens.
I'm happy to drive him to you, preferably within 100 miles of 20854.

Hi! Thank you so much! I might have someone a little closer to home - should be finding out w/in the week if they can accomodate. If not, I would absolutely drive this little fellow to Roanoke so he can avoid the stew pot! Ok if I reach out with an update in about a week?
