The Black Copper Marans has birchen. The Columbia Rock could have a few different things but I'd expect silver.
Since Birchen is strongly dominant compared to whatever is in the Columbia Rock (wheaten, duckwing, or partridge) I'd expect the chicks to look like Birchen chickens. The males should be black with yellow necks and saddle feathers, could have a red wing patch. The females should be black with red necks.
The chicks should be red sex links but the birchen will turn most of the down black so it can be really hard to see the red or yellow down at hatch. If you can see it at all, it should be on the head.
