Black Copper Marans Rooster Coloration and Confirmation

Can anyone tell me if this rooster has the correct coloration and confirmation for a BCM? He is about 15 weeks and has feathered legs. Thanks.

cant say much on confirmation as he's young. But he is mossy on his chest, which will probably only get worse as he ages. But for a run of the mill marans, he's alright.

Thank you, but what exactly do you mean by mossy? I don't know what that means in regards to chickens.

he shouldn't have the brown red on his chest, it should be all black
