Black Copper Marans

Can anyone tell me if Black Copper Marans are flighty when full grown?

My Marans dont fly at all, but they do get up on the roost to sleep.

I figured that because of the weight but the chicks fly very well. That’s why I was wondering.

Chicks are more energetic than adults. So I would not worry too much.

I was going to get Marans, but I'm still getting used to showing, so it's kinda hard to perfect those colorful breeds.

The BCM and crosses I have are pretty mellow.
Have only had them a year tho.
Yes, most all chicks are pretty rambunctious.
