I don’t see any spurs, only spur buds. All chickens have these, but (usually) only roosters’ develop into long, sharp spursGorgeous bird! I can sort of see the beginning of spurs on the ankles, so my guess would be roo. Is it just a wood chip or something?

Spurs are not indicative of gender in the slightest. Both genders have spur buds and some hens develop full-blown spurs. It takes almost a year for even a male to develop sizable ones.
