Does anybody her have black East Indian(drake) cross welsh harlequin? Would love to see some photos of your ducklings/ducks!

Yes I am hatching ducklings but I don’t know which of my females eggs they are, I have welsh harlequin, Khaki Campbell and aylesbury. So we’ll see how they turn out

Here is an East Indie x Snowy Cross, I believe Black is a dominant gene so the ducklings would most likely be all black. They are the black ones.

You are going to get a solid black duck every time if you use a silver welsh harlequin. If you use a gold welsh harlequin for the drake then you will get 50% black, 50% chocolate. If the gold is the duck then you'll get 100% black.
