Black East Indian Duck

Does anyone know anything about these guys? I have 1 duckling that survived (learned a hard lesson about chicken feed an duckies not mixing) an I am doing research to figure out what other breeds to get. I want to know any pros an cons to these little guys. Any advice would be very helpful.

i dont know much about this breed but i have one. his name is toby and he is good natured, gets along well with the other ducks, chickens, and is fiendly with people.

Having the same problem in keeping these guys alive. All the other breeds are fine. Got these from hatchery. Any info on do's and don'ts that's different from other duck breeds This is my second replacement from hatchery. Within 12 hrs. 3 have died
