Black Friday Deals?

Anyone make out with any deals so far? I don't even know when to start shopping because there's sales a month ahead of time. Then a week ahead, then the day before, day after, and the Monday following, then the day after Christmas, and it just continues until it just seems like nothing is really marked down, just marked down from a price no one would pay for in the first place.

Do I act now or wait for tomorrow? Most times I'm less than impressed and everything seems picked over online.

Unless you see something you actually need/want for a good price, it's not saving any money.
