Black growth on top of beak and wattle

Recently have noticed a black growth on one of my hens beak and wattle. Thought at first that it was caused by arguments within the coop but it is not going away. Read a few things that it may be an abscess or viral infection. I did notice that one of my other girls looks like something is starting on her wattle too. Please any ideas

I have the same thing going on. No one has posted any info on what this could be. My chicken looks almost exactly like this one. Help
