I have read about these on another thread. I guess they are good to have around to incorporate into the Blue Laced Red Wyandotte breeding program.
I cant imagine what these would look like....
Do they look like Golden Laced Wyandottes?
I would like to see pics if anyone has them.

Here you can see a hen behind this pair of splash colored birds.

Blue-laced Red Wyandottes have the "Blue Andalusian Gene" and just like any other breeding with this color, offspring will result in blue, black, and splash.

Here is a hen that is blue:

So why is the red not as prominent in the Black Laced Red Wyandotte? That splash pair is beautiful... If you breed that back to a BlueLRW, does the lacing go back to normal? so many questions!!

Katy, we posted at the same time, if I keep this up I might catch up to you someday!!!!

I have heard the black bird's lacing is much to be desired, but those photos on the website put mine to shame. Ouch, they are pretty.

Mrs. Turbo :

the blacks we get look a lot like a gold laced wyandotte. I don't have any pictures and no hens to take pictures of right now.

here is a link to Jesse Pauls website. He has pictures of the black.

Nice pictures. Now I don't have to take pictures tomorrow.
