Black Langshan lethargic with green white diarrhea

I just moved my year old black langshan hen "Poppy" inside into a pet crate after we saw her sleeping in the coop all day. I have her scrambled eggs, kefir and acv in water. Her vent is covered in a green and white pasty diarrhea. Any ideas how to treat?
