I have my black leghorns all safely separated from the rest of the (mixed) flock for the next month, and then will set a few eggs. However, I've left my silver-laced Wyandotte hen in with the group, because she is sweet and gets along well with all of the blacks. Her eggs are easy to tell apart from the others, because of their color, so I was just going to pull her eggs for eating. But.. I started to wonder.

If I did hatch a couple of her eggs, just for fun, what would I likely get? I'm not interested in selling or anything. Just in expanding my little flock with interesting birds.

All will be black. Some, mostly cockerels, may have silver leakage around the neck and head. They should all have rose combs.
